Are you registered?

If you are registered you should be receiving emails from us with information on log ins and the mobile app.

When will I receive my event login information?

Event Platform (HopIn) –  If you are registered you will receive login instructions from HopIn (the event platform) a day or two before the event.  We turn registration lists over to them on April 7th. Remember, everyone needs their own unique email address.

MSC Mobile App – In the meantime, you should log in to the Michigan Safety Conference mobile app, create your profile, and be ready to access it the days of the conference to evaluate sessions and to check-in with your CEU codes.

Can I log in to the event before it starts to see how it works?

Attendees/Speakers:  No.  But you can watch the HopIn navigation video to see an example of what to expect.

Exhibitors:  Yes.  You will be able to login on Monday, April 12 from 8 am-12:30 pm to view your booth. However,  only critical errors can be fixed at that time.  If you would like a screen shot of your booth prior to that, please email denise@michsafetyconference.org and we will request one for you. You will receive instructions on April 11th.

Can I watch the class videos after the event?

Yes.  The videos will be posted on the Michigan Safety Conference mobile app until 5:00 pm on April 28, 2021. There are exclusions as noted on the quick reference grids (https://michsafetyconference.org/schedule/) with an * (all are subject to change).
