ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.  You will need to register on-site at the DeVos Place when you arrive.  Registration hours are: Mon. April 17, 1-3 pm, Tues. April 18, 7 am – 2 pm, and Wed. April 19, 7 am -1:30 pm.

The 2023 Michigan Safety Conference will be a live event.    The mobile app will be available in March 2023.   You must use the mobile app to track your CEU codes (provided at the end of each live program).  Your name badge and meal ticket(s) will be mailed to you if you register on or before 3/24/23.  Please use the mailing address that you would like us to send them to.  If you register after 3/24/23, you will need to pick your materials up in the main corridor of the DeVos Place when you arrive.

If you are registering a group on this form, please be sure to change the registrant name on each record.  It will copy the first one to save time on the address information.  You need to be sure to change each name and title.
